2. Data we collect
We only collect the information you submit through the contact page, in one of two forms:
- Client enquiries: name, email address, company (optional), need (optional) and message.
- Specialist applications: name, professional email, city/country, type of collaboration, specialty and other skills, professional links (LinkedIn, portfolio, website), relevant experience and projects, AI tools and practices when applying as an independent specialist, languages and availability (optional), message (optional), and your explicit consent.
- Technical information about where the form was sent from (page and language of the site).
3. Purpose
Client enquiries are used solely to process and respond to your request and, where relevant, to continue the business conversation it relates to. Specialist applications are used to review your profile for the Atelier LB specialist network and to contact you professionally if your profile matches a project. We do not subscribe you to any newsletter.
4. Service provider and international transfer
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (Web3Creative), which forwards messages to us by email. This processing may involve an international transfer of data. The service uses HTTPS connections and anti-spam measures. Retention by the provider follows its own terms: see the Web3Forms Privacy Policy and Terms.
5. Retention
Messages received by email may be kept until they are deleted, according to how enquiries are managed.
6. Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or information about how it is processed, by writing to ldelabedoyere@gmail.com.
