Context
Leading the transformation of a global corporate digital presence.
The programme covered 29 websites in 10 languages, requiring alignment between identity, user experience and technical delivery.
01An international brand with multiple digital presences
For a global consulting and technology services company, the corporate website needed to serve varied audiences: clients, business leaders, candidates and specialists. Capgemini's digital transformation programme covered 29 websites in 10 languages, requiring consistency in branding and navigation without overlooking the specific needs of different markets. The challenge was to turn this collection of experiences into a more coherent digital presence, capable of representing the organisation internationally.
02Creating a shared experience without erasing local needs
The work covered information architecture, navigation journeys, UX/UI principles and creative proposals for a complex corporate environment. A transformation of this scale involves multiple stakeholders — marketing, content owners, creative teams, development and international coordination. Ludovic de La Bédoyère's role in project leadership was to organise requirements, priorities and validation, turning strategic objectives into interfaces and deliverables that could be implemented.
03Bringing design and technical implementation together
Design direction involved Publicis Modem, while technical development was led by Capgemini. The work depended on alignment between conception and implementation: visual components, interface behaviour, editorial requirements, language versions and decisions throughout production. Ludovic coordinated progress across the different teams, with attention to continuity between the proposed experience and its execution. Each organisation's role is made explicit: the agency is not credited with all of the technical development.
04Connecting the digital programme to brand communication
The website transformation formed part of a broader communication context that included an international media campaign. The digital presence needed to make Capgemini's expertise understandable and accessible, while communication increased the brand's visibility. The assignment required coordination of user experience, creative direction, development and communication within a large-scale programme. The figures of 29 websites and 10 languages describe the scope of the project; they are not presented as indicators of increased traffic or commercial performance.
